This is an awesome, inclusive and often hilarious story of Rain, a transgender girl making her transition (Male to Female). It features a wonderfully complex cast of characters representing just about every orientation and gender identity you can think of as they go about their daily lives and deal with normal, dramatic/hilarious teenager stuff as well as facing the reality of LGBTQ issues. It has its moments of fun without being too silly and its moments of really serious drama without being too dark.It is set in a high school, so most of the characters are teenagers. I would classify it as YA. Very family friendly, but adults shouldn't miss out either!

This is someone who has stolen the work from the real Jocelyn and posted it as their own. This book is freaking amazing, but if you want to support the real author, go to Lulu for the real book.
This doesn't support the author at all, its a fake account selling the legit book (And making a profit) Rain itself is a VERY good book, but this seller is profiting (While also using Jocelyn's name) off of her success
It tells the story of a transgirl from the day she starts living as she was ment to with ocasional flashbacks to her past.
At the same time, the story is very LGBT-inclusive, showing the joys and struggles of people who don't "fit" into the generally expected roles that society dictates.
Also, it written very positive, showing that happiness is still possible, even with people fighting against that happiness.
(Also, this offer is a resale from Lulu with inflated pricing.)
A very good comic series that follows the life of a transgender girl in high school.
Being a trans man I wasn't sure if I would like it (I had been looking for comics that followed trans men as opposed to trans women), however, once I started reading I couldn't stop. It is a very good, ongoing series. If you're not sure, you can read the comics for free on deviantart. If you want to buy the book and/or support the creator, I suggest (like many others) buying through Lulu.
